A Question of Leadership?

Do I admire the qualities of a Leader because:

1. They are the values that as a follower, I need in a leader?
2. They are the attributes that as a follower, I am attracted to in a leader?
3. They are the ability of a leader to follow their own path in life?

Am I a leader of people because:

1. I need to be?
2. I choose to be?
3. They follow my example?

Is leadership about:

1. Where I am going?
2. What I am doing?
3. Who I am being?
4. Why I am a leader?
5. When I am a leader?
6. How I am a leader?

Or is it just a Question of Leadership?
